Shipping Policies
Shipment Processing Time
Most parts orders that are placed by 3:00PM EST will ship the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 will ship the next business day. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Typically, we use FedEx or UPS services to ship our packages. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Associated Technology is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Associated Technology is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Return & Refund Policy
Electronics can only be returned if they are unused. Electronics can be returned for a credited refund if they are in the original packaging and an RMA is attached. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer after contacting Associated Technology and getting an RMA number. After inspection of the non-electronic item, we will finalize and credit the refund amount. You will receive the credit within 30 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. If the product has a factory warranty the product RMA is subject to the manufacturer’s authorization.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt. Returns are subject to a restocking fee.
